In September 2013 Surface and Textile Design instructor Candace Edgerley attended the inaugural Hangzhou Triennial of Fiber Art. Ms. Edgerley, former President of Surface Design Association also served on the Triennial’s Academic Committee. A few of the other participants in this international exhibition included: Joseph Beuys, Nick Cave, Christo, and Kiki Smith.
